Hi,
I was wondering if you or your readers could recommend either Cologne or Hamburg if I am looking for a place that:
1. Has friendly, open locals
2. Is more tolerant and accepting of interracial dating
3. Is more tolerant and accepting of non-white foreigners
4. Is generally a more fun, lively place to live for someone learning German.
